International Shipping

UNAVAIBLE COUNTRIES

Due to new packaging guidelines, Covid19 and other international events I will no longer be able to ship to some countries! I am very sorry but the effort and cost would outweigh the benefits.

The following countries are affected.

Europe

Austria, Bulgaria, France, Georgia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Slovakia, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, Cyprus

North, South and Central America & The Caribbean

Chile, Dominica, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Honduras, Martinique, Nicaragua

Asia

Afghanistan, Yemen, North Korea, Syria

Australia & Oceania

Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Pitcairn Islands, Samoa, Tokelau, Tonga, Tuvalu, Vanuatu

Africa

Libya, Réunion

Orders from these countries will be refunded and canceled.

SHIPPING COSTS

Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post Warenpost / Warenpost International Premium or DHL Parcel. Your items will send out after the order has been processed. Further information can be found in the product description.

International

Shipping is based on weight, starting at 8.50€ EUR

You'll get your quote at check-out.

DELIVERY TIME

Shipping from Germany, between Monday and Friday.

National orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days.

International orders usually arrive within 8 to 30 business days. Due to current, international events it can take up to 90 days, though.

TRACKING

A tracking number is inculded in shipping costs.

You can see here if your country includes end-to-end tracking and liability.

In case your country isn't listed there, the tracking number only includes a proof of shipping until handover to international transport.

CUSTOM FEES

International buyers outside EU are responsible for any custom duties. I cannot declare the packages as "gift" with false amounts.
